1. Nature of Service / सेवा का स्वरूप

Arora Marriage Bureau provides manual, personalized matchmaking services. We act as an intermediary to facilitate introductions between families seeking suitable matrimonial matches. Our service involves:

• Accepting and reviewing profiles from interested families
• Personally identifying compatible matches based on preferences
• Facilitating initial introductions between families
• Providing guidance throughout the matchmaking process

2. No Guarantee of Match / मैच की कोई गारंटी नहीं

While we make every effort to find suitable matches, we do not guarantee that a match will be found. Matchmaking success depends on many factors including compatibility, family preferences, and mutual consent. Registration does not guarantee a specific number of introductions or a timeline for finding a match.

3. Accuracy of Information / जानकारी की सटीकता

By submitting your profile, you confirm that:

• All information provided is true, accurate, and complete
• You have the authority to share this information (if registering on behalf of someone)
• You will promptly update us if any information changes
• Photos shared are recent and of the actual person being registered

Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate removal from our database.

4. Profile Verification / प्रोफ़ाइल सत्यापन

Profile verification is conducted on a best-effort basis through personal inquiry, references, and community knowledge. While we strive to verify all profiles, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of any profile's information. Families are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with any match.

5. Limitation of Liability / दायित्व की सीमा

Arora Marriage Bureau:

• Is not liable for any outcomes resulting from introductions or marriages facilitated through our service
• Acts solely as an introducer and does not take responsibility for the conduct, character, or background of any registered individual
• Is not responsible for any financial, emotional, or legal disputes arising between matched parties
• Recommends families to independently verify all claims before making matrimonial decisions

6. Photo Usage / फ़ोटो का उपयोग

Photos shared with us will be:

• Used exclusively for matchmaking purposes
• Shown only to potential match families (with your knowledge)
• Never published on the website, social media, or any public platform
• Deleted upon your request

7. Zero Tolerance for Fraud / धोखाधड़ी के लिए शून्य सहनशीलता

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent profiles. Any profile found to contain deliberately false information (fake photos, incorrect marital status, misrepresented income/education, etc.) will be immediately removed from our database, and the individual may be permanently barred from our services.

8. Service Area / सेवा क्षेत्र

Our primary service area includes Raisinghnagar, Sri Ganganagar district, Rajasthan, and neighboring states (Punjab, Haryana). We also serve families across India and NRIs on a case-by-case basis.

9. Dispute Resolution / विवाद समाधान

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India. We encourage amicable resolution of all disputes through direct communication.
